Multi-Site Health Check
Keep the authorised website portfolio healthy, repair approved routine failures and return only genuine exceptions.
- All mapped public endpoints responded as expected.
- Repaired files match the accepted project state.
- Customer forms and key routes passed after repair.
- No structural change was made.
What Nexus coordinated.
- Keep our websites healthy. Repair routine problems that match our approved rules, re-check the result, and tell me only when something unusual needs a decision.
- I understand the requested outcome. I am fixing the scope, constraints, authority and evidence required before work begins.
- Loaded the repair policy for each site and confirmed which routine classes may be corrected automatically. Structural, commercial and security-sensitive changes remain gated.
- Opened the portfolio registry and checked DNS, TLS and public HTTP response for all fifteen domains. SFTP was opened only for sites that required file-level inspection.
- Compared the current public state with recent healthy snapshots, expected titles, response codes, forms and mapped asset manifests.
- Fifteen site profiles loaded with their public URLs, mapped roots, normal response patterns and trusted repair policies.
- The monitor is crawling priority routes, submitting safe form tests, checking missing assets and comparing recent file changes with each site’s normal operating pattern.
- Public endpoints, mapped files and recent changes were checked in parallel. Three routine issues were found.
- Two missing presentation assets and one expired notice match approved repair classes. No structural or critical failure is present.
- The missing assets were restored from the accepted project state and the expired notice was replaced with the current approved text.
- Each repaired URL was re-requested, mapped files were compared and all customer forms returned their expected response.
- The mission remains inside the approved scope and authority. Sensitive actions outside that boundary remain locked.
- No owner decision is required. The repair policy covered every issue and oversight found no scope change.
- All fifteen websites are healthy. Three routine issues were repaired and verified with zero open exceptions.
- Mission scope, evidence, decisions, changes and verification have been attached to the project for the next command.

What the project remembers.
The accepted rules, decisions, outputs, exceptions and checks now inform every later mission in this project.
Continue from the result, not from an empty prompt.
The completed mission updates project history so the next order can build on what is already known.
